Nancy Gillis on The Fine Line Between Building Rapport and Maintaining Neutrality

Nancy Gillis discusses The Fine Line Between Building Rapport and Maintaining Neutrality in the latest blog post of the Governing Council Today series by NAPA.

The series, titled “Governing Council Today,” will feature posts from current NAPA Governing Council members, including elected officials and committee chairs.  This is part of a larger effort to engage with NAPA members and create opportunities for the Governing Council to share relevant ideas, news, updates, and activity related to NAPA.  You can see NAPA President Leni Bohren’s post introducing the series here. The postings will appear every other Tuesday, so be sure to check in and give us your feedback!
