Laura Roznovsky joined AAA in September as the director of finance and operations. In her role, she manages the Association’s finances and provides direction and oversight to development, IT/web, human resources, and operations. She is the staff liaison to the Finance Committee, Audit Committee, and the Association Operations Committee.
Laura brings over 11 years of experience working with associations in the DC area, managing operations, human resources, finance, membership, and marketing. Laura earned a BA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her MS from George Mason University, and is a Certified Association Executive.
When she isn’t crunching numbers, Laura can be found hiking, playing tennis, or baking, usually with two small children in tow. She enjoys board games, reading, competing with her siblings about anything and everything, and customary morning dance parties with her three- and one-year-old boys.
